Our Story
Our Story Begins in the East and continues at the U of MN!
Our family came to Minnesota from Vietnam in 1980. My mom brought her love of cooking and opened MT Noodles in Brooklyn Park. In 2017, we were named Best Vietnamese Restaurant in the Twin Cities by the City Pages. On May 21, 2020, we expanded our successful concept to focus on our Top Sellers: Pho, Com & Banh Mi. As a result, Pho Mai debut in Dinkytown near the U of MN Campus.
In 2022, the Year of the Tiger, we will expand Pho Mai to Eden Prairie at the new Asia Mall (Summer). We will also open a premium Boba Tea and Mochi Donut cafe in Dinkytown (Spring).
